In the system, UV filter walled polycarbonate sheet, which is 16mm thick and 100% waterproof, will be used as coating material on the roof.

The work in question is the construction of a manual collapsible aluminum roof system with 15mt x 11,5mt.
The system consists of 6 modules. The modules will be collected from the middle to the side.
Aluminum bearing profiles to be used shall have special cross-section and strength. The entire moving roof system will be made of aluminum construction materials of 6063 quality.

The Main Carrier System

The cross section of the main carrier beam profile must be at least 90mm x 200mm.
On the surface where the main carrier beam is connected, there must be condensate channels to carry the leachate to the skirt.
The fixing of the upper polycarbonate coating to the main carrier beam must be done by separate covers from the main system. In this way, any future coating changes should be made easily on the main conveyors without the need for any processing. It should allow for change with coatings of different thicknesses which may be desired later.
Carrier aluminum beams should be connected to each other with rectangular box profiles of aluminum material in accordance with the standard.
Carrier aluminum beams, profiles in the forehead sections and all the aluminum profiles connecting the support beams should be painted with electrostatic powder paint.

Rails And Wheels

In the moving system, the modules move by means of wheels on the rails mounted for their own movement.
The rail cross section of the wheels must be circular.
Wheels are mounted on the shaft mounted on the stainless steel hubs are bearing, plastic-based elements.
There should be enough safety brackets in the system in the details and features specified in detail to reduce the wind effect to zero. The rails should have a section and detail in windy environments where these brackets can be stuck and prevent flight.
The rails on which the moving elements are moved must be anodized.
